Adsorbents & Catalysts
Molecular Sieve
Synthetic zeolite adsorbent with a crystal lattice of uniform, precisely sized pores. It separates by molecular diameter rather than by chemistry, so it can dry a gas stream to very low dew points and pull out CO₂ or sulphur compounds that other adsorbents leave behind.
Typical Analysis
| Grade | Pore size / application |
|---|---|
| 3A | 3 Å — drying polar liquids |
| 4A | 4 Å — general dehydration |
| 5A | 5 Å — separation and PSA |
| 13X | 10 Å — CO₂ and sulphur removal |
